Backorders & Discontinued Items
We do our best to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally a backordered or discontinued product will be made available for purchase. If you purchase an item that is on backorder or has been discontinued, a refund will be processed for the full amount of the product plus any shipping charges associated with that item and you will be notified in a timely manner.

Orders are normally delivered within 5-10 business days.

Using GC's & Discounts
Simply enter your gift certificate or discount code into the field provided during checkout and your discount will automatically apply to your subtotal.
CA Sales Tax
We are required to collect 8.25% of order subtotals as sales tax for purchases shipped to California residents.

Every page in the Theme Bathroom ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk.

Couldn't Complete Order
If you were unable to complete your order, either your credit card may have been declined or your billing information did not match your credit card information. After three attempts, our system will block ordering for 24 hours. Please contact us if this occurs and we will process your order by phone.
Duplicate Orders
If you experienced issues when checking out and made several attempts to complete a purchase, duplicate orders may have been created; however they will be considered not finalized as payment was not received. Only the purchase with payment will be processed. If you accidentally purchased duplicate orders, please contact us and we will either void the duplicate transaction or process a refund.
Multiple Charges
If you attempted to checkout several times, your bank will consider each as a completed charge; however, our system will only authorized the charge that was approved. Please wait three days for your bank to remove the erroneous charges. If after three days your bank still shows multiple charges, please contact us.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to ensure order cancellations or changes are processed prior to being shipped out.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we may process a timely replacement for you. If your order arrives incomplete, please note that not all items ship together. If you received a "Partially Shipped" email, the rest of your order is still being processed or is in transit. If you believe we have made an error with your order, please contact us.
Receiving Refunds
If a refund has been authorized, please wait 10-14 business days for it to return to your account. If you have not received it after that time, please contact us.
